MEDICAL HEALTH CHECKUP:

Under weight, patient’s medical checkup for tuberculosis and HIV must be compulsory. Provide free health care and insurance to every person.

EDUCATION:

Free education food and medical treatment for the children up to 14 years. Provide sponsorships for those students who obtain marks above 95 % in government school.

Special tax relief and incentives for teachers, institutes and NGO’s, who provide standard, technical and professionals education for the rural area students.

To maintain gender balance in the nation strictly monitor promotional scheme for girls (study+ cash) and introduce more long terms incentive for parent also.

Provide 6 month army education for senior secondary student to create nationality and make them disciplined with the purpose to save themselves and others during in emergency, war and natural disasters.

FEED TO JOBLESSNESS

Start immediately employments guarantee program in rural and urban areas to stop both educated and uneducated youth to join illegal and unsocial activities (activist groups). Permit to run air conditioners/ room heaters subject to building must be insulated. Provide tax incentive to use garbage for energy production in society and saving energy.

WATER:

Separate arrangements for drinking water and to use for toilet & gardening etc, Water consumption audit report with monthly bill. Provide discount and impose penalty on better use and misuse of water. Promote recycle and water harvesting to save the ground water level. Provide tax incentive to adopt water harvesting, use recycle water and consuming it.

ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL DISASTERS

Offer regular Tax Relief to individual houses owner , societies, institutes and industries whomsoever is using energy through own solar systems and consuming harvested as well as recycled water to meet out their own requirement on the percentage basis.

Stop urban garbage flow in river, clean & dig river to adjust more rain water. Build high natural and brick banks on both side of the river with the purpose to promote river transportation for commodity supply to avoid heavy vehicles movement to save pollution and consumption of fuel beside this promote water tourism/ sport activities all most all the thick population city to educate citizen importance of water and rivers in their life simultaneously to generate revenue which can be utilized in the rivers maintenance.

Use small pillar and cever pipe where ever low land level area zone effect to stop and deregulate rain water flow during constrictions of highway and railway track. Build high boundary wall when ever highway or railway track cross thick population areas to avoid accident, cause of pollution by slow traffics and to stop diseases like: HIV/ AIDS plus water and insects borne.
