Govt. need to introduce smart card type multi information electronic ID which can upgraded 24X7 online by authorized authorities and by the concern person who has the right to submit or upgraded own right information in case wrong or out dated information displayed on the web link page to correct by authorized authorities and for the purpose of verification by others like : national and international law and enforcements authorities, employment provider, bank, passport office etc. information which may be upgraded like: age, education, medical, current employment, career or business more important update current residing location address. This online ID should have links for chat, massage and video conference to share and solve their problem with own constituency public representative or other voters of the area.
