LAND ACQUISITION ACT

For fast urbanization and modernization of the country Govt. need to pay current land market price to the farmers with the point of view that the amount should be long lasting survive for their family to continue to exist until alternate source of income is not generate. Improve infrastructure with better connectivity and education center combined with primary health & recreational centers to stop migration, increase interaction with urban community, as well as attract foreign investment for the development of rural area simultaneously urban area.

Here are few issues to make new land acquisition law for betterment of farmers and interacted investment for fast urbanization.

1. Mark the land, prepares a blue print for development for the purpose of mandatory use.
2. Let them gram Panchayats to sale to byres on the basis of market rate on behalf of land owner.
3. After sale land Govt. hands over to contractor to develop the land for the purpose of which it had marked.
4. Govt. may charge tax from the seller and byre to meet out theirs expenses.
5. Development of the land should be under the supervision of seller, byre and the Govt.
6. In any case land use change Govt. must compensate Seller and Byre or Investor for their imperfection simultaneously Govt. can not demand in case use of land profile decrease because of Seller, Byre and Investor are not on fault.

GOVERNMENT HAS TO WORKS LIKE A FACILATOR NOT UNETHICAL PROPERTY DEALER.
