Withdrawing all the cases against activist (naxalites) groups and people, who are fighting just for development and improvement of the socio-economic conditions of their public and area with the object to give them a message that in the present democratic structure they are a part in the socio-economic development of the country. They have the right to raise their demands through democratic methods and rules. Now the time has come to exchange their natural and physical worth via development and prosperity. Take positive process to involve these strong disagreeing groups of common people by recalling them to become a part of the integrated development process of the country respectively.
This process of connecting poor people with the system must be continuing under strong monitoring and judiciary system.
