4th August 2009, list of pending cases in Supreme Court is 50,000, High courts 40 lakh and in Trial courts 2.7 corers these figures create negative impact on people’s faith of judiciary proceedings in the country and worldwide circle. Which is indirectly main cause of nowadays critical, law and enforcement condition, improving of corrupt and criminal activities as well as criminals lobby confidence in the country.

To overcome this situation Govt. need not only to fulfill vacant positions of judges but also need to open new braches as per international standard that is minimum 100 judges on one million people (America having 107 judges against 1 million population and India has 10-12 judges) including supporting structure of law and enforcements. For that Govt. can start morning, general and evening sifts of court to use maximize utilization of present available judiciary infrastructure to reduce more pending litigate files.

Moreover use advance science and technology to support judges particularly videoconferencing system which make court proceeding efficient and fast by connect all key concern litigates, advocates, witnesses to communicate from their respective locations in front of judges at their own location.

This technology not only saves time, money but also improves security of social activist (PIL & RTI) and key prisoners as well as stop tactics of VIP to avoid court proceeding in time who are involve in litigation on the name of non availability in the city and busy some other important Govt. or private faction. Most important it will solve our NRI; PIO and International litigate fast track court demand.

Other Suggestions:

1. Judiciary can take benefits of science and technology for examining evidence, witness, fake statements and affidavit etc.
2. Govt. allowed online submitting facilities for FIR and Judiciary accept online applications and documentation during the proceeding of case.
3. Use online software to write, received and dispatch day to day court proceeding to instant display to make judiciary process fast and efficient. This technology should be adopted by other government departments to make them fast and accountable, who provide public services.
4. Introduce new judiciary proceeding to provide justice with in the time limit to facilitate litigates, reduce the offenses and pending cases.

Reform the law to make easier public life, stop their harassments and grow corporate sectors. We advice take care during the reform some time unpractical law create harassments and make them offenders.

Nowadays Consumer service provider companies like: mobile network service provider and credit card provider banks first force to costumers make mistake by offer lucrative packages through their sale, marking expert and automatic software which activated automatically on theirs cards afterward force consumers to make payment for that services which was active from their side and user never knows that particular service are activated on their SIM or Credits Cards. Mostly consumers compromise to avoid legal complication & to save their salary amount/ time and make unethically payment to services provider. Some time user become violet and force to harass for nothing own mistake where as service provider misusing their professionals’ knowledge to charge undue payment form first time users and innocent customers. These companies adopt these practices very confidentially to make extra money. But indirectly customers fill forcefully cheated and harass their selves.
